Steps to Reset Your Password
- Go to our website: https://www.sweepdreams.lu
- Click the Log In button at the top right of the homepage.
- Under the login fields, click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address you use with your Sweep Dreams account.
- Click Send me the reset link.
- Check your email inbox for a message from Sweep Dreams with the subject “Password Reset.”
- If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Click the link in the email.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Return to https://www.sweepdreams.lu and log in with your new password.
