Yes, you can pause your recurring cleaning service if you’re going on vacation!
How to pause:
- Let us know in advance—either by informing us at least 2 weeks before your absence, or by pausing your service directly through your online account.
- This gives us time to adjust your schedule and make sure you’re not charged for cleanings you don’t need during your time away.
Important:
If you forget to notify us or don’t pause your cleanings in advance, you will be invoiced for any last-minute cancellations. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us respect our cleaners’ time as well.
