2. Our 30-Minute Grace Period Policy
- If you arrive within 30 minutes:
Your cleaner will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. Your cleaning will begin when you arrive. We’ll do our best to fit in as much service as possible. - If you are more than 30 minutes late:
To respect the cleaning professional’s time, your booking will be cancelled. This will count as a late cancellation in line with our company policy.
