As soon as we learn your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll contact you—either the day before your appointment or the same day, depending on the situation. - We’ll Offer a Replacement:
We’ll arrange for another trusted Sweep Dreams cleaning professional to take over your booking, and do our best to keep your original timeslot. - Flexible Options:
If your original timeslot is not available, we’ll offer you alternative timeslots and dates to fit your schedule. As long as you’re flexible, we’ll make sure your cleaning still gets done!
Your satisfaction and convenience are our top priorities. If you ever have special preferences or concerns about a replacement, just let us know—our support team will be happy to assist.
